Online coaching / contest prep
Online coaching is ideal for people who are looking into competing and need help with off season and contest prep. The duration of the prep can be 20 weeks, 16 weeks or 12 weeks depending on your condition before we start prep. It will consist of 4-week training split that will be adjusted every 4 weeks, a nutrition plan that will be adjusted dependant on the progress of the client and weekly check-ins with weight and pictures. With my expert guidance and my understanding of the ups and downs of prep, I guarantee that goals will be reached.
There is also 24/7 WhatsApp and email contact, so we are always engaged and communicating along the journey.

One-to-one lifestyle coaching
Even if your aim isn't to do a contest but still want to get in the best shape of your life.
This service provides catered individual training programs and flexible nutritional plans based on calories & macros, designed to fιt your lifestyle, goals, dietary requirements and more importantly something that is realistic and you stick to.
These packages are either 3 months, 6 months or 1 year. With full 24 hour support. So if your ready to commit to long term change this ίs the option for you.

This class is ideal if you are looking to tone what the title suggests its great fun with engaging and energetic instructors and a great way to whip yourself in shape for that beach body you have always wanted.
Circuit training
This class is ideal for an all around physical fitness its ideal for strengthening/toning the whole body, functional fitness and cardiovascular fitness. With engaging and motivating instructors you can achieve the fitness goals you have always wanted.
