Benefits of exercise during lockdown

Its has been a unprecedented time at present with situation but do not be discouraged it’s important to stay positive and most importantly stay active during this time. That is why regular exercises is vital and I will give some reasons on why that is.
- Boosts the immune system exercise is proven to boost the immune system and increase white blood cell count.
- Improve fitness overall fitness cardiovascular, strength, endurance and flexibility it does depend on type of exercises being done but try and implement different forms of exercises that tick all those boxes..
- Gives us something to look forward to in the day.
- Give us routine and structure I have found that regular exercises definitely helps maintain a structured daily routine.
- Releases endorphins that make us feel good and that is essential for keeping us positive during times like these.
- Regular exercise will also encourage healthy eating as both come hand in hand.
- Keeps us learning exploring different forms of exercise help us learn about ourselves and what works for us and learning is key for personal growth.
- The social aspect we cannot attend gyms and classes as usual, but online communities are available where we can connect through exercises on live workouts.
So here some reasons why I believe exercise is so vital take these on board and keep moving peeps 🙂
